This is full service and we guarantee approval or your money back. Price includes Dr. Certificate, we do all the state filing (most companies do not offer this additional service).
Zoom Meeting
Our physician provides certificates for the entire state of MO. She is not located here at our office, so a Zoom meeting will be required to get a certificate. This will not be a 1 on 1 meeting with her, there will be other patients on the call as well. We will be happy to show you how to set up Zoom meetings.
Renewal

This is a full service as well, please make your appointment 30 days before your card expires to receive this discount.
Physical Cards
We offer the options of a physical hard copy card for your convenience. The cost is $15 and takes 1 week after acceptance to be printed.
